Question 1

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 31st. This will help us in planning cabin assignements and accomdating plus one Guest requests.

Question 2

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately not – we have limited lodging and space on the property. There will be a section within the RSVP form to request a plus one and we will reach out if there is space available.

Question 3

Can I bring my children?

While we adore your children, we’ve chosen to make our wedding a 16+ event. Thank you so much for understanding!

Will this wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Outdoors – Please plan accordingly.

Question 5

What is the dress code for the wedding reception?

The attire for the wedding is Garden Casual.

Question 6

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

We recommend renting a car to get to the venue. Please visit the travel section for more information. If there are any questions or if you need additional help with getting to the venue, please reach out to us!

Question 7

What food will be provided?

The meals below will be provided by us. We will have a some snacks in the Kiva Lodge that are available for all guests to bring back to their cabins. For other meals, we recommend checking out some of the local resturaunts and cafes in Bailey or stopping and picking up some groceries in Conifer. Most of our cabins has a small kitchen and the Kiva Kitchen is also available for all guests to use Provided Meals: Friday (9/11) - Bridal Brunch, Dinner Saturday (9/12) - Breakfast, Dinner Sunday (9/13) - Breakfast

Question 8

What clothes should I pack?

The only event that has a dress code is the wedding ceremony and reception. We recommend to pack at least one pair of athletic shoes for hiking and walking around. The weather in Colorado during September ranges from frosty 30s to the warm 70s. Layering will be your friend! A mid-layer like a sweater / hoodie, and an outershell like a rain jacket or windbreaker are highly recommended.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

There will be a section in the RSVP form to communicate these restrictions. We will make sure to accommodate any and all food allergies and dietary restrictions!

Question 10

What activities are there for the 3 days?

Please visit the Home section for the full weekend Itenerary! Included with your wedding invites is a brochure that outlines the full weekend. There will also be time to explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend hiking as September is the prime time to go see the Aspen tree leaves change from green to shades of yellow, orange, and red! Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Question 11

Where should I get gas and other groceries?

We recommend stopping in Conifer, CO for gas and groceries. Conifer is around a 20 minute drive from Glen Isle Resort and has major grocery stores like King Soopers and Safeway.

The Wedding Colors

The aesthetic of our wedding is Summer Wildflowers, inspired by the colorful meadows of Colorado in bloom. Our color palette features: Lilac, Marigold, Cream, Sage, and Olive Moss.
